This was the most fun ever! We were up so close to the glacier and floating ice, it was just amazing. The boat was fast, comfortable and just the best. We got amazing pictures and great memories.

Are lunches provided?
No. We provide water and snacks but do not offer lunch. We recommend you bring some lunch along on our boat tours.
Do your guides accept tips?
Yes, our guides do accept tip and they are appreciated.
What should I wear?
We recommend dressing for whatever the weather is that day. When going on our Anan or E-Bike and Hike Tour we suggest wearing good walking or hiking shoes.
Are tours ever canceled by the operator?
Tours are rarely canceled by Breakaway Adventures. On the rare occasion they are cancelled due to weather or mechanical issues all clients are fully refunded when rebooking isn’t an option for the client.
Are Pets allowed?
We allow pets on water taxi rides from point A to point B. We do not allow pets on our tours.
Is there any other equipment I should bring?
We recommend bringing a camera and or binoculars and making sure you have fully charged batteries as you will not want to miss the chance to photograph the beautiful sites and wildlife our tours have to offer.
What is your cancelation policy?
Customers will receive a full refund with 45 days prior notice of cancellation. Customers will receive a 50% refund when cancelling with less than 45 days prior notice of cancellation. No refund will be given when cancelling within 48 hours of the tour departure. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. We also offer trip protection for an extra fee of 15% of the tour that allows you to cancel free of charge anytime.
How many people can go fishing?
The maximum number of guests is 6 for saltwater and 4 for freshwater.
Is fishing family-friendly?
Yes, our fishing tours are family-friendly!
What kind of fish should I expect to catch?
Trout – Freshwater fishing June through August.
Salmon- Saltwater fishing July through August, catch and release only.
Rock Fish- Saltwater fishing July-Aug 25th
Lingcod May 15 through November
Do I need a fishing license?
Yes, guests will need to purchase fishing licenses
What is the boat like?
The boat is enclosed, but there is NOT a restroom on board.
Where will the fishing trip leave from?
All fishing trips will meet up at the shack and depart from the city dock.
