DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Alaska Charters and Adventures is a small independent Adventure Charter Company. We specialize in offering the finest in “high quality” customized outdoor adventures geared towards the independent traveler and small private groups. Unlike many other charter companies that focus on high numbers of travelers, if you reserve with us and then later find you must cancel, it will significantly impact our ability to meet our operational needs.
Thus, to secure your reservation, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance due will be charged within 30 days of the departure of your tour to your card on file. Any last-minute changes, adjustments, or gratuities can easily be taken care of at the end of your tour.
Because we understand that sometimes unexpected life events happen that may prevent you from traveling, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

Fuel Surcharge: If fuel reaches $5 or more per gallon, there will be a $5 per person/per day surcharge added to your final payment at the end of your trip.
